Complaints should be filed with our dealer or directly with our service department in written form or by fax (412 379 998), e-mail (reklamace@haassohn.com) or you can use our web form. Always specify type of stove, production year and product serial number. These details are specified on the type shield at the back of the heating appliance.
Please specify your address, phone number and a description of the complaint. The method and place of repair will be decided upon evaluation of the complaint by the service department and proposed measures will be consulted with the stove owner. Any product replacement or cancellation of the purchase agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the Civic Code and the Rules of Complaints.
