Mainly due to tertiary combustion the efficiency is 85 % which guarantees minimum fuel consumption. High-temperature pre-heated air is supplied through an air duct at the back of the combustion chamber where it can actively participate in the combustion process. Therefore, the combustion process is enriched with oxygen which ensures better reaction with energy gas which develops during combustion itself. Practically it means more effective energy consumption which would otherwise escape through chimney and every loss naturally means waste of both fuel and money.

The unique advantage of the Treviso tile stove with exchanger is the new design of the removable exchanger which enables easy removal and, therefore, quick and easy change into the hot-air model. This great advantage will be appreciated mainly by the ones who want to use the stove for a transient time without connecting it to the warm-water heating system. The simplicity consists in its modular system, i.e. the exchanger is placed on the upper part of the combustion chamber and the upper external lid with the smoke-flue closes the whole furnace. This means that the lid with the smoke-flue is used for both models as the upper cover part of the furnace.

The hot-air model also enables back connection to chimney using a 90° knee. You will certainly appreciate the advantage of the removable exchanger concerning regular maintenance of your tile stove. You can remove it easily and clean thoroughly which prolongs service life of the stove. Adding a cooling loop which provides protection in the event of power cut is becoming a common part of our warm-water products and can be used with this model too. Adjustability of both main air inlets (primary and secondary) guarantees correct and optimum setting of the combustion process in order to get the maximum utilization.
