HISTORY OF HAAS+SOHN Rukov, s.r.o. COMPANY
The company HAAS + SOHN Rukov, s.r.o. belongs to the most important producer of chimney stoves and stove inserts that use briquets, pieces of wood and pressed briquets as fuel. Historically, the company continues traditional production of the well-known Rukov plant in Rumburk. The production plant in the Czech Republic is located in Jiřetín pod Jedlovou in Northern Bohemia. Modern technological equipment and many years of experience in the production of heating technology ensure product quality that is certified by European state testing laboratories.

- 1 April 1959 – 30 June 1960 – Rumburk Metal Works RBK
- 1 July 1960 – 31 December 1980 – Rukov – associated enterprise of District National Committee with the seat in Rumburk

- 13 November 1992 – 31 March 1995 – Rukov Prominent s.r.o.
- 1 April 1995 – HAAS+RUKOV production and distribution company with limited liability
Merger with Austrian company Reischl GmbH. Both companies produced chimney stoves. In order to enter the European market more actively, Reischl GmbH bought know-how and sale market from the German company HAAS+SOHN and became part of the traditional trademark that has been present on the market for more than 150 years. - 13 May 2002 – HAAS+SOHN Rukov, s.r.o.
